Key Responsibilities

• Experience in production supervision or similar roles.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and machinery.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to solve problems and make sound decisions.
• Experience with MS Office and other relevant software.
• Managing of rosters for shifts
• Ensuring smooth and accurate transition and handover of production activities from one shift to another.
• Creating an environment of responsible communications between shift members to ensure fruitful discussions concerning production challenges

Required Skills and Qualification

• B. Mechanical/Diploma.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Production Supervisor.
• Strategic planning and implementation skills.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
• Expertise in production planning processes.
