About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Architect with strong design knowledge and a passion for architecture, interiors and creative project development.
The ideal candidate should be confident in design and presentation, comfortable working across multiple projects, and able to deliver high-quality drawings and presentations within deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Expertise in design architecture and design pattern.
Assist in designing for various projects in retail
and interiors designing. Must be willing to learn
and interested in interior projects.
Prepare design presentations during various stages
of client meetings.
Develop architectural/interior design and prepare
detailed drawing sets as per the standards, bill
of quantities, and specifications.
Should be excellent in design and presentation
skills required.
Proficiency in 3D software and rendering would
be an advantage.
In-time completion of presentations and drawings
as per the deadline. Would be required to prepare
conceptual design presentations.
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail and highly organized.
Knowledge of Acoustics will be an added advantage.
Required Skills & Qualification
B.Arch./B.Tech/M.Tech with Architectural knowledge.
Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D Software such as 3D Max
or Sketch Up, and Project Management Software.
Photoshop and MS Office.
Proven work experience as an Architect.
Strong imagination and ability to think.
Communication and Project Management Skills.
Candidate should be from Himachal.
